- Rello OS is a back-office operating system for rideshare fleet owners — the people who own cars and rent them weekly to Uber and Lyft drivers. It replaces spreadsheets and group texts with software for leases, rent collection, driver screening, vehicle handoffs, insurance tracking, and accounting.
- Who is Rello OS for?
- Owners who run a small-to-mid rideshare rental fleet — typically 3 to 30+ vehicles rented to gig drivers. It is built for the owner-operator, not for the drivers or for a marketplace.
- Does Rello OS hold my rental income?
- No. You are the merchant of record through Stripe Connect, so rent flows directly from the driver to you. Rello OS only takes a small application fee and never holds your funds, owns your cars, or becomes a party to your lease.
- What can I manage in Rello OS?
- E-signed rental agreements with an audit trail, recurring weekly rent with deposits, late fees and dunning, FCRA-compliant driver screening, trips and check-out/check-in inspections, insurance certificate and rideshare-coverage monitoring, and per-vehicle accounting including depreciation, partner payouts, and a CPA export.

- Pricing is a flat $29 per month plus a 1% application fee on each rent charge collected.
